Notice of 2026 AGM

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Palm Island Community Company Limited (ACN 640 793 728) is to be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, 24 November 2026 on the first floor of the Retail Centre, Palm Island. 

At the meeting, members will have the opportunity to:

• find out about PICC’s operations and finances
• ask questions about the operations and finances of PICC
• speak about any items on the agenda
• vote on any resolutions proposed.

At the meeting, members will be asked to vote to:

• accept the minutes of the last annual general meeting
• accept the Chair’s annual report
• accept the auditor’s report
• accept the annual financial statements
• appoint and pay an auditor
• elect directors.

Members’ Entitlement to appoint a Proxy

Members are informed of their right to appoint a single proxy under Clause 36 of the Constitution. The instrument or form appointing a proxy must be in writing and deposited with the registered office of the company at least 48 hours prior to the commencement time of the meeting.
